2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ensure the RAN is included inside the package.
- Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
- Our Responsibility: If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at norman@amateuragriculturalist.com to arrange for a prepaid shipping label.
5. Processing Your Return
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 5 business days of receipt.
- Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges
